Description:
TVA is proposing to build about 2.5 miles of single-circuit transmission line to power a new Fort Payne Improvement Authority substation on the south end of Fort Payne. The line would begin at TVA’s existing Fort Payne-Collinsville 161-kV Transmission Line and extend east to the new Davis Gap Substation to be located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Lebanon Road and U.S. Highway 11.
